Apply for Free & Reduced Meals

Applications are now open for Free and Reduced Meals for the 2022-23 school year! Families are encouraged to apply online or pick up a paper application from their school sites. Students attending both in-person and Kyrene Digital Academy are eligible to apply.

Families who qualify for Free and Reduced Meals can also receive other benefits, such as discounted technology/internet services and discounts/waived fees for athletic programs. Applications also play a vital role in helping maintain critical school funding.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to fill out an application for each child enrolled in Kyrene?
Kyrene families only need to submit one application. If you have a student enrolled in high school or at another school district additional applications will be required through that district.

If I have a change in my household income or number of people living in my household, am I required to submit a new application?
No, you do not need to submit a new application since the original status is good for the entire school year. However, you may update your income/household information at any time by calling 480-541-1350 or by submitting an electronic application or updated paper application.
