Thank you for making KTA your school of choice; you are now officially a KTA Tiger and part of a wonderful community of citizen's, scholars and friends.  

Below is an important list of items to complete before your child's first day at school.

• Learn more about the dress code.
• Visit transportation for bus information. 
• Set up your child's lunch account. 
• Print a list of the school supplies.
• Visit Community Education to register for after school care for grades K-6 or sign up for enrichment classes (optional).
• Follow our page and like us on Facebook for the most current updates. 
• Visit the PTO page. 
• Submit a tax credit donation to support field trips, assemblies and other programs at KTA.

We are Kyrene's only traditional school and we are excited to welcome new and returning families to our community. We have award winning teachers and administrators creating a welcoming and rigorous school environment where ALL children can be successful.  We are a preschool through 8^th grade school.

KTA is a National Blue Ribbon School of Excellence (2015), the highest recognition a school can achieve across the United States! 

We are a ‘school of  choice’  within the Kyrene Elementary School District, a public school district serving students in preschool through 8^th grade.  There is no fee to attend our school and admission is based on boundaries and/or open enrollment application, within designated enrollment parameters and program availability.   You can live in another district or with another assigned school within Kyrene and still apply via open enrollment to attend KTA. 

We firmly believe in the critical partnership between home and school, with increased expectations for parent involvement, volunteer hours, and attendance at critical meetings and events.  Parents must complete a Parent Commitment Contract to ensure that families understand and will be able to meet these increased expectations.  We are also a uniform school, with specific student dress code expectations.
