Your tax dollar will go a long way to support Estrella
State law allows Arizonans to contribute money to public schools for extra-curricular activities and then deduct that amount directly from their state income taxes through a tax credit. Contributions must be postmarked by April 15 of the following year. Individuals and couples filing jointly may take advantage of this tax credit. A maximum of $200 can be deducted per individual tax return, or couples filing jointly may deduct up to $400. Donations can be made online www.kyrene.org or by sending a check made out to the Kyrene School District to Estrella.
