High school guidance counselors and other representatives will meet with our incoming ninth grade students two times as part of the course selection process. Students, as an incoming ninth grader, you will soon be asked to select the courses you will take your freshman year. Since the courses you select will greatly influence your future educational endeavors, we urge you and your parents to give serious thought to the selection of appropriate courses. The classes you finally choose should reflect your ability and interests.

High school counselors and the Assistant Principal for Academics will meet with each student at his/her middle school campus to pre-register students.
If you have questions, please contact the Assistant Principal for Academics at the high school you plan to attend.
Parents, please carefully review the information your child receives from the high school counselors to ensure that your child has everything he/she needs to pre-register. As you review the registration materials, please note that there are several forms which will require your signature. If your child must provide copies of any documents, please provide a copy. The CMS office staff will not be able to make copies of original documents.
