Phased Retirement Program
Kyrene School District has partnered with Educational Services, LLC (ESI) to provide the Phased Retirement Program (PRP), a return to work servicer for ASRS members. This program allows a retiree to continue working in the same position (for most cases) for one (1) year while collecting ASRS benefits. For complete details on how this program works, please contact your ASRS representative, and view the ESI webpage Retire with ESI for additional information.
Once you have communicated with your direct supervisor your intentions to retire and participate in the Phased Retirement Program for the upcoming school year, please complete the Acknowledgment Form, and turn it into Talent Management.
