• Immunization Clinics

Immunization clinics are offered in conjunction with Chandler Regional Medical Center. Vaccines are given to children six weeks to 18 years of age. Parent must accompany their children to these clinics and provide previous immunization history.

The Federal Government has mandated that, effective October 1, 2012:

    1. Children with private medical insurance that covers vaccines will NOT be eligible for the free vaccines at these clinics.
    2. Vaccines will be FREE to children with NO insurance, children with AHCCCS and Kids Care Insurance, children with private insurance that does not cover vaccines and Native American children.

Chandler Regional Medical Center is establishing a permanent immunization clinic in Chandler, but the clinic location and times have yet to be determined. Until a schedule is announced, please call Immunization Clinic Hotline at 480-728-3777 for updated information on the clinic.
