Uniform Replacement

• All athletic clothing/equipment must be washed and returned to the Site Athletic Secretary at the “Student Services” desk no later than one (1) week after the season has ended
• A “lunch detention” may be assigned every day until the uniform is returned
• The student athlete must use the sign-in/out form with the Athletic Secretary present to eliminate any confusion and/or lost uniforms
• Absolutely no alterations are allowed to be made to any issued uniforms
• Replacement costs for any lost or damaged uniform and/or equipment will be the responsibility of the family. Failing to pay for lost or damaged items, may result in the student athlete not being allowed to participate in sports, dances or any other extra-curricular activities until payment is made.
