Intramurals

Based on student interest, each school may offer intramural teams in volleyball and basketball. These teams will practice 2-3 times per week and eventually compete against other schools once a week with a possible culminating tournament at the end of the season. Scrimmages will typically be played on Wednesdays. The purpose is to develop student skill, experience team unity, provide opportunities in which to compete; ultimately preparing them for Kyrene Athletics along with high school.

Quarter 2 Season - Boys Basketball

   Intramural Boys Basketball Schedule

• Season runs from November 4th - December18th
• Team size: 12-16 per team
• Schedule will be determined by amount of teams
• Team shirts will be ordered to keep (included in registration fee)
• Practices
  • 2-3 times per week, coached determined days and times
  • Parent provided transportation
• Scrimmages
  • Time: 5pm - 6pm
  • Coaches will referee
  • Parent provided transportation
