  • About the Dean of Students


    I am so excited to be a part of the KTA family!  I have been in education for 25 years, working with all grade levels, from pre-K through eighth grade and have loved every minute of it!  I have an undergraduate degree in Elementary Education and I graduated from ASU with my masters in Educational Leadership.  I worked at Estrella Elementary and Akimel A-al Middle School before coming here to KTA.  I love Kyrene!

    My family and I moved to Arizona 7 years ago.  Before that, we lived in Boston (Go Red Sox!!).  My husband and I both grew up in upstate New York in the Ithaca area.  We love hiking, camping, going on road trips, gardening and playing games as a family.  We have three children, ages 16, 15, and 11, and two crazy dogs.  All our kids either graduated from Kyrene or are currently Kyrene students!

    I am constantly impressed with the students, families and teachers at KTA.  This is an amazing place to grow.  Go Tigers!
