Mirada's student supply list is optional, as the school is required to provide materials for all students. We sincerely appreciate any donation you can make!

Leadership boosts student success at Mirada

Principal Nancy Branch said, “We are honored to become a Leader in Me Lighthouse School. We have seen such amazing results from implementing the Leader-in-Me process at our school, such as improved academic ownership, an increase in student confidence and a decrease in negative student behaviors.”

To come up with its ranking, the online real estate website analyzed ZIP codes within the top metropolitan areas in the country which contained at least one public school ranked eight out of 10 or higher by school ratings website GreatSchools.

A BIG Celebration!

We ended February on a very celebratory note! If you have not yet heard, Mirada was just named as a Leader in Me Lighthouse School by the Franklin Covey Foundation. This prestigious award was the result of our almost four-year journey in implementing the Leader in Me program at Mirada.
