  • Hi Rattlers! Coach Hanson and I hope that you are staying active, it is good for your body, mind and soul.  We are busy developing some PE lessons with the rest of the middle school PE teachers in Kyrene, they should be ready soon.  In the mean time, you could be working on your fitness: CardioRespiratory Endurance ( taking a walk, biking, jump roping), Muscle Strength and Endurance (push-ups, sit-ups, planks), Flexibility ( Sit& Reach, standing Hamstring Stretch).  Most importantly, be safe and we miss you!
