    The purpose of the Site Council Team will be to take responsibility fo rcreating and monitoring a strategic plan for Paloma School and addressing other issues that impact the Paloma community, such as the distribution of Tax Credit donations.  Issues may come to the team in a variety of ways, including through analysis of th eannual school survey or toerh surveys, review of achievement data, by district request of team members.
