Community engagement is a critical component of the Kyrene Strategic Plan. Kyrene School District regularly engages the community through Superintendent Advisory Councils, the Kyrene Business Alliance and the Parent Organization Roundtable, creating opportunities for businesses and community members to partner with our District and schools. Superintendent Councils
The Kyrene Superintendent Advisory Council and Superintendent Senate provides an opportunity for students, teachers, parents and community members to meet on a regular basis with the Superintendent. The Superintendent Council fosters a culture of trust and high expectations, ensures transparency, and strengthens relationships that support a shared responsibility for student success.
Kyrene Business Alliance
The Kyrene Business Alliance (KBA) provides a unique opportunity for business leaders to collaborate on district initiatives, hear from the Superintendent and offer feedback on District priorities. Quarterly KBA meetings also provide critical information on all of the ways organizations can partner with Kyrene schools to positively impact the educators and students in their community.
