Kyrene School District has partnered with Educational Services, LLC (ESI) to provide the Phased Retirement Program (PRP), a return to work servicer for ASRS members. This program allows a retiree to continue working in the same position (for most cases) for one (1) year while collecting ASRS benefits. Once you have communicated with your direct supervisor your intentions to retire and participate in the Phased Retirement Program for the upcoming school year, please complete the Acknowledgment Form, and turn it into Talent Management.
Upcoming Retiree Q & A Zoom Meetings:
The focus for these drop-in open lab sessions is to answer questions related to finalizing Kyrene steps to retire, employee benefits/COBRA information, and to provide guidance on who to contact for ASRS and ESI phased retirement specific questions.
