1095c Tax Form Information

1095c tax forms will be furnished electronically to all employees by March 2, 2026.  These forms are not required to file taxes, but you may access a copy of the form for your records.  Please visit the Employee Benefits webpage under current year benefits, then click on the drop down for 1095c forms for more details on accessing your form electronically.  If you need assistance, please contact the Benefits team at benefits@kyrene.org.
