Employees are encouraged to set up direct deposit. This process takes 2 pay periods; the first paycheck after initiating the direct deposit is a paper check and the second paycheck usually will be deposited into the employee's bank account. The same process is true if you are changing accounts or adding any additional accounts.

One document must be submitted online with your request through Employee Access.  Authorized document options are listed below (only one is require per account):

• Voided Check
• Bank Authorization Form
• Screen Shot of the Routing and Account numbers  from your mobile bank app.  

REMAINING (NETPAY) account -This is the main account; you must select this as your first account. 

 AMOUNT (DEDUCTION) account - all other accounts.

Employee Access

You will receive verification from payroll once the request has been approved.

NOTE:  If you are closing/changing your account-contact payroll Immediately-Timing is everything.

If an employee doesn't receive a paycheck that has been mailed to his/her home address, there is a 10 day waiting period before payment of the check is stopped. Remember to always keep a current address with Talent Management (by updating your information in iVisions).

If an employee loses a check, please notify Payroll as soon as possible. Payment is stopped immediately.

A new check will be issued 48 hours after payment has been stopped. If the check was a mailed check, this means the employee will not have a replacement check for 12 days.

NOTE: Direct Deposit eliminates this problem.
