    About Mrs. Sheehan
    Hello Parents and Students,

I am Mrs. Sheehan and I love teaching everyone about art! My background is really diverse. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Art Education and a Master's Degree in Business Administration, both from ASU.  I am a National Board Certified Teacher in Art in the area of Early Adolescent/Young Adult. I worked for four years as a Red Cross volunteer doing local disaster relief work.   I served in the United States Air Force for four years, working in the Security Service (USAF lingo for Military Intelligence).  During that time, I lived in Germany for two years and did extensive travel throughout Europe.  I have had many hobbies and free time experiences from weaving on my 8-harness floor loom at home to zip lining in the Smoky Mountains. I even sing in my church choir!  With all those different experiences, I found out that there is no other job that I have had that I enjoyed as much as I enjoy teaching art!  I have been teaching art for 30 years with 25 of those years at the middle school level.  This is my 26th year at Centennial, and I am honored to be back with the wonderful staff, students and parents of this great community!   Let's have another great year!

    Sincerely,

    Mrs. Jane Sheehan
