• Calm Has Arrived in Kyrene

    Free Calm app subscription for all Kyrene employees

    Kyrene is providing every Kyrene employee a free subscription to the Calm app and calm.com website. We hope the gift of Calm will help to lower stress and improve the health of all of Team Kyrene. Calm offers an extensive library of resources to support mental health and wellbeing, from guided meditations to motivational content. You will find materials to reduce stress, increase focus, and achieve balance. This new employee benefit is covered under a partnership with our healthcare provider, at no cost to Kyrene.

    • Calm’s Masterclasses taught by world-renowned experts

    • Guided breathing exercises such as the Breathe Bubble

    • Music tracks designed to promote focus, relaxation, and sleep

    • 100+ guided meditations that cover anxiety, stress, gratitude, and brand new daily meditations and movement sessions.

    • Sleep Stories, soothing bedtime tales suitable for both grown-ups and children

  • Claim Your Calm

    To activate your subscription, visit: www.calm.com/b2b/Kyrene/subscribe. This must be done on a web or mobile browser (not in the app itself).

    • Sign in to your existing Calm account or create an account.
    • Enter your Kyrene email address in the box provided to activate the subscription on your Calm account
    • Download the Calm app and log in to your account to access the premium content
    • Once you’ve signed up, you can add up to 5 dependents (age 16 years or older) via the “Manage Subscription” page inside your Calm account at www.calm.com

    What if I already have a Calm subscription?

    When you visit the link in step 1 above, click “Yes, I have an existing account”, and log in. 

    If you already have a paid account, you’ll need to cancel your auto-renew before transitioning to your Calm account through Kyrene.

    I’m having trouble with my Calm account. Who do I contact?

    You can contact Calm’s Support Team here. Please include the following information in your support request:

    1. The email you used to create your Calm account (should be your kyrene.org email address unless you had an existing account prior to Kyrene-provided access).

    2. Our company name: Kyrene

    3. Confirm with Talent Management that you are eligible: benefits@kyrene.org

    4. Unique account ID (your kyrene.org email address)
