• I continue to be excited and honored to be the 3rd-5th Cross-Categorical Teacher at Cerritos this year. I moved here from Gurnee, Illinois in 2014, where I taught as a Middle School Special Education Resource Teacher for 14 1/2 years. I received my bachelor's degree in Education from Illinois State University. I then went on to attain my master's degree in Teaching and Leadership from Saint Xavier University. Shortly after, I received a second master's degree from American College of Education in Curriculum and Instruction. This will be my 23rd year of teaching and my 9th year in the Kyrene School District.

I have two daughters, Alyssa and Gracie, who both attend Desert Vista High School. I also have two dogs, Stella and Penny that I enjoy taking for walks every day. I love anything to do with animals, going to see live music, and eating unique cuisines. Dairy Queen is my ultimate weakness, but it's so good!

I truly love working with your children and I believe that with a little love and hard work, anything is possible! I am confident that your child CAN and WILL be successful and in the process we can have FUN! Your children are my greatest treasures! Please feel free to contact me at any time with any questions or concerns. We are all working together as an amazing team for the same goal, which is for the betterment of your child. Here's to an outstanding year!

    Thank you,

    Ms. Wills
