How do I change my school or department in Navigate?Log in and click on “Profile” in the upper left. Under “Default Location”, select your new school or department in the drop down menu. Click “Update”, then log out and back in for the change to take effect.
How do I change my password in Navigate?
Log in and click on “Profile” in the upper left. Click on the “Password” tab under Settings and enter your current password and then enter and confirm your new password. Click “Update Password” to finalize the change.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
There is a reset password option in the lower right of the login box. Click “Reset Password” and enter your email address. It can take up to 30 minutes for the reset email to arrive. Alternatively, you can email us at email@example.com.
How do I cancel an online order in Navigate?
Email your approver if the order is not yet approved and have them deny approval or if it has already been approved, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the order number and we’ll cancel it.
Which paper option should I select if I want cardstock?
“65# cover”, “67# vellum bristol cover” and “80# cover” are all considered cardstock. “20# bond”, “28# text”, “60# text” and “80# text” are all considered paper weight.
I am a Kyrene/TD3 employee, why don’t I see any funding codes listed?
This typically means that you did not select a location when you created your account. Click on “Profile” in the upper left. Under “Default Location”, select your school or department in the drop down menu. Click “Update”, then log out and back in for the change to take effect. Non-Kyrene/TD3 employees will need to type in a PO# number.
