Meet Mr.Shepherd!

 Basketball Coach Letter                      

 Hello,

My name is Luke Shepherd, and I am excited about starting my second year as the boys’ basketball coach.  Growing up in Arizona (yes, I was born and raised here, and was a Kyrene kid for one year at Akimel Middle School), I played soccer and baseball, but my true passion was swimming.  I swam all the way through high school at Mountain Pointe.   Coaching-wise, I have coached recreational swim teams for the City of Chandler (5 years) and little league baseball teams (3 years).   Last year was my first year coaching basketball.  This year, I look forward to building off last year, improving skills and drills, and have fun doing it.
