Printer Supplies and Services
All toner is can be ordered through Pacific Office Automation. Employees do not need to stockpile toner, as it is free and shipped as needed. Toner should be ordered by and delivered to the front office. To order toner as well as waste toner bottles, email email@example.com or call the supply phone number (480-305-5508).
If a printer is in need of repair, employees need to either submit a Footprints work order or call the Kyrene Help Desk (480-541-1215) for assistance. A Kyrene technician will make the call to Pacific Office Automation after troubleshooting the issue. Employees can also email POA directly at firstname.lastname@example.org or call the POA service phone number (480-305-5504). Employees need to provide the Printer ID number for POA, Help Desk calls or Footprints work orders. The ID number is located on the sticker on the front side of the printer.
To order supplies, employees need to email email@example.com or call the supply phone number (480-305-5508). Email or call the supply phone number to order waste toner, as it is not included in the automatic order. Employees need to provide the Printer ID number, which is located on the sticker on the front side of the printer.
