    Sports Camp
    A new sport each week!
    Incoming 3rd - 6th grade

    Location: Aprende Middle School
    Dates: June 4 - July 20
    Times: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.*

    This exciting new camp is for kids who love sports, working on skills and being part of a team.  Sports camp will be action packed with new sports to focus on each week.  Our young athletes will stay active and learn how to be great teammates as we practice good sportsmanship. A sports-themed field trip will be incorporated into the plans once a week.
    *Program wrap available from 6:30 a.m. - 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. - 6:30 p.m. at Brisas Kids Club for $50 per week. 

    Preschool Programs 


    Ages 3-5 Years or Incoming Kindergartners

    Locations: Cielo | Estrella | Monte Vista - All programs are FULL
    Dates: May 29 - July 25
    Times: 6:30 a.m. - 6:30 p.m.

    An all-day summer program that features weekly themes, on-site events and a variety of activities to keep children engaged all day. Children will participate in water days, pancake breakfasts, learn about favorite story time characters and develop a love of learning. Families can register by the week with multiple partial day options available. There will be special guest weekly.

    Bienvenidos - Dual Language

    Ages 3 - 5 years or Incoming Kindergartners  

    Location: Norte - FULL
    Dates: May 29 - July 25
    Times: 6:30 a.m. - 6:30 p.m.

    This unique dual language summer program supports the individual discovery and learning styles of young students through hands-on activities where students apply language in its natural environment. Register by the week to fit your summer needs.

    Early Learning Academy

    Incoming Kindergartners  

    Location: Brisas
    Dates: May 29 - July 25
    Times: 7:45 a.m. - 6:30 p.m.

    ELA Summer Preschool prepares children to enter Kindergarten in the fall with a focus on academic skills, proper classroom behaviors, and varied approaches to learning. Teacher-directed small group work will sharpen academic skills such as a letter and number recognition, math and science concepts, pre-reading skills, and writing skills.

    The Kids Club Summer features a format unique from our school year programs and Non-School Day options by providing staff led themes rooms where students rotate hourly; giving them the freedom and flexibility to build their day around their interests. Favorite theme rooms include: construction, art, dramatic play, active games, science, cooking, performing arts, game room and more! In addition to the daily enrichment, students also experience weekly on-site events and fields trips to exciting new destinations.
    *Cielo & Estrella: There will be no Kids Club offered during Summer Academy hours (8:00-12:00 p.m.)

    Kyrene Adventure Tours

    More non-stop fun all summer! Each week, students will take part in daily on-site events and field trips! Mondays will feature an exciting on-site event like Minute to Win It Challenges, Obstacle Courses, Computer Lab projects and more. Tuesdays through Fridays students will be boarding the bus and taking off to check out some of the great locations Arizona has to offer including Fat Cats, Natural History Museum, Rooster Cogburn, Scottsdale Improv, Kids that Rip and More!

    Summer Academy

    3 year olds to incoming 8th graders

    Session I
    Locations: Cielo & Estrella, Akimel A-al
    Dates: June 4 - June 28 (Monday-Thursday)

    Times: 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
    Online registration for Session I ends at noon on May 31st.  
    Session II
    Locations: Cielo
    Dates: July 2 – 19 (Monday-Thursday*)

    Times: 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
    Online registration for Session II ends at noon on June 28th.  
    Two separate sessions (4 weeks in Session I, 3 weeks in Session II). 
    Summer Academy is designed to provide academic and enrichment opportunities through diversified curriculum that meet the interests of a wide range of students.  Academy classes like Extreme Math, Reading Intervention and Science Sparks have helped students sharpen their skills over the summer while enrichment classes like Minecraft Missions, Kid Top Chef and Archery have exposed students to new experiences and opportunities for learning.  Incoming Kindergartners have the opportunity to prepare for the new school experience in Getting Ready for Kindergarten. Fun classes for three and four year olds including Full STEAM Ahead, Creations Station and more! 
    Dual Language classes are offered at both Estrella and Cielo Elementary locations.  View Dual Language section in Course Grids for offerings. 
    Summer Dodgeball is offered for incoming 5th - 9th grade students after Academy at Akimel A-al during Session I.

    Summer Math 6 & 7 - Math 7 has been cancelled.
    Incoming 6th & 7th graders
    Location: Akimel A-al
    Module 1: June 4 - 28 (Monday - Thursday) 
    Module 2: July 2 - 25* (Monday - Thursday)

    Jump-start your incoming sixth or seventh graders math knowledge with introductory courses that focus on the 6th and 7th grade math concepts while giving them the opportunity for possible advanced placement. 
    *There will be no classes on July 4. 

    After Hours

    Incoming 5th - 8th Grades
    Locations: Akimel A-al | Aprende
    Dates: May 29 - July 25*
    Times: 7:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.

    Each day will offer fun on-site events like cooking projects, dodgeball and other active games, Xbox/Wii games, On Deck card tournament and many more.

    Field Trips! Each week students will go on two or three field trips to exciting destinations such as Stratum Laser Tag, Kids that Rip, Scottsdale Improv and much more! Options include partial weeks and a Summer Academy wrap around program.

    Summer Community Theatre

    101 Dalmations Kids

    Incoming 4th - 9th Grades
    Auditions: April 21 at Centennial Middle School
    Location: Pueblo Middle School
    Dates: June 11 - 29 (Monday - Friday)
    Times: 12:45 p.m. - 5:45 p.m.
    Cost: $300 (Ensemble and Crew)

    Performances are June 27 and 28, 7:00 p.m. at Pueblo Middle School

    This exciting program will blend the love of performing with the knowledge and technical aspects of the stage. Students will work with a voice coach, learn choreography, how to apply stage make up, costume design and much more! If performing isn't your child's interest, we will also have a full working crew behind the stage.
