    • Check made out to KMS, given to your director (Student name in Memo please)
    • Do NOT turn in monies to the district office or submit Tax Credit donations online. See the packet for more details

    Student and Chaperone Payment Plan Dates 
    Chaperone and Student payments must be separate payments - cannot be on the same check! Thank you!
