Students will have the opportunity to experience a variety of sports and activities ranging from individual and team sports to fitness activities and principles. We also spend time with team building or cooperative participation.

Some of the sports include: basketball, flag football, softball, volleyball, badmitton, tumbling and track and field.

Some of the fitness related activities include: jogging, strength training, basic nutrition and fitness testing.
Team building activities are not typically recognized by name but do emphasize cooperation in problem solving. The experiences, involved use physical activity to work through the challenge.
Although all 3 grade levels will do many of the same activities, we do adjust them appropriately for the grade level. Often there is more time spent on fundamental instruction with the 6th and 7th graders, where as by 8th grade we will move through practice activity more quickly to the game portion.
