    About Mr. Thomas
    Dear Parents and Students,
               
    Welcome to 8th Grade Math with Mr. Thomas!
     
    I am an Arizona native and an alumni of Arizona State University. I graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Secondary Education. I also hold Master's Degrees in Special Education and Educational Administration. I have worked in several different schools throughout the east valley and Pinal County. I am lucky to enough to have taught many different subjects throughout my career. I have taught History, Social Studies, Reading Intervention, and Resource.
     
    I am a big Sun Devils fan...GO DEVILS!!! I also enjoy watching NFL football and World Cup Soccer. I have played guitar for many years and have played with many different groups. I love listening to classic rock music such as the Beatles, Eric Clapton, and Santana.  
     
    When I'm not at work, I like hiking and vacationing with friends and family. I also enjoy walking my dog Jack.  
     
    I look forward to working with you this year and exploring the world of Mathematics.
