    The runners will complete a 1.5 mile course in every meet with the exception of State meet (team to be determined).

     

    Practice starts on Monday, August 13th at 6:30am, come dressed to run with a cold water bottle. Please bring school clothes to change into after practice. Showers will be available please bring a towel. 

     

    Please be on time for practice 6:25 – 6:30 AM. Everyone is off to a Good Start: learning how to breathe, running technique, more mileage for the advance runners etc.

     

    HYDRATE EVERY NIGHT …  CARB UP WITH PASTA … Go take your family out for a pasta dinner at Babbo's Italian Eatery and get 20% off.

     

     Practice is held rain or shine (raining days meet in the Foyer)

        Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday 6:30am - 8:00

        Thursday after school 3:30pm- 5:00
