• Solicitation Submittal

    Solicitation responses must be submitted in a sealed envelope with the solicitation number and Offeror name and address clearly indicated on the envelope. Solicitations may be mailed or hand-delivered prior to the specified time and date of solicitation opening to the following address:

    (The Purchasing Department is on the first floor of the District Administration Building located on the Northwest corner of Warner and Kyrene Roads - 2 miles East of the I-10 Freeway on Warner Road.)  map
    Formal solicitation openings are conducted at the District Office and are open to the public. Solicitation information, as appropriate, is read at the opening; however, solicitations submitted are not open for public inspection during the evaluation period.

    The Purchasing Department may not disclose a proposed contract award, including bid tabulations or evaluation information, until it is formally approved for award by the Kyrene Elementary School District Governing Board. All relevant bid documents become a part of the public record upon award of the contract. Contract award information will be posted on AZPurchasing after Governing Board approval.
