    "The Dangers of Vaping"

    A Positive Parenting Series Event

    Two chances to attend:
    Monday, August 20th at Centennial Middle School
    Monday, August 27th at Aprende Middle School
    6:30 - 8:00pm

    Kyrene School District is partnering with the Tempe Coalition to Reduce Underage Drinking and Drug Use to address the topic of Vaping. Parents are invited to learn more about the dangers of vaping, as well as strategies for keeping children safe. Our guest speaker will be Stephanie Siete from Community Bridges, an expert in substance abuse prevention and awareness.

    The PTSO's mission is to promote open communication and understanding between parents, teachers, staff and students. Our efforts are focused on serving, enhancing and maximizing the education of every child while aiding them in achieving their highest potential. The PTSO provides assistance to the teachers in classroom settings, holds fundraisers for supplemental educational materials and experiences, supports school and family social interaction and provides a non-biased forum for sharing information on issues that impact our children.
