Guidelines for Donations of Computer Hardware

Due to the immense amount of time and software required to make systems operational and highly available for students/staff, Kyrene has standardized equipment across the district. For this reason Kyrene School District does not accept donated computer systems of any kind.

The Kyrene School District welcomes donations of usable computer peripherals. Since donations are casual used equipment it is essential that all equipment be in working order so that time does not need to spent repairing the equipment.

Keyboards (USB Only)
Mice (USB Only)
Printers
Digital Cameras
Color Flat Panel Monitors (17" or larger)
Video Projectors
Scanners
Digital Video Cameras

If you have equipment not listed above that you would like us to consider for donation please contact Ana Lappegard in Technology for review.

Items for donation should be referred to Carol Mahoney in the Kyrene Business Services Office by email cmahon@kyrene.org or phone 480-783-4057. All items for donation must be accepted as a gift by the Governing Board.
