The Kyrene Family Resource Center is under construction
Update on Donations
The Kyrene Family Resource Center (FRC) will be getting a new look! Through
the District’s Portable Replacement Project (thank you voters for this
override!), a new and improved Family Resource Center with more space
and a better facility to serve our community is coming. To make way
for the construction, the FRC will be closed this summer through the
Fall of 2009. During this closure, we will be able to serve and help families with emergency referral services, but we will not be able to accept donations. Stay tuned for a planned celebration and GRAND
re-opening (expected in January 2010)! We look forward to your continued support and volunteerism―stay tuned for more updates and how you'll be able to help us get back up and running again.

Kyrene now has a Parent Center you can access online
The Kyrene School District has implemented a Parent Portal. This secure web-based system allows parents to access and view a variety of information about their student(s). Depending on the grade level, some of this information may include student absences, demographics, parent email addresses, etc. The system will continue to evolve over time to include additional information. At the beginning of September, specific directions about the Kyrene Parent Portal, which included your secure log-in and password, was mailed to you in a self-sealing envelope. If you have not logged on yet, please do so at your earliest convenience. Please follow the instructions to be sure that everything works properly. If you have misplaced the mailer or did not receive one, please send an email to sis@kyrene.org. Access the portal by clicking the Parent Center Graphic in the lower left-hand corner of the District home page.
