Limited funds for partial Tuition
Waivers are available.
Tuition Waivers do not cover Transportation fees.

are due no later than
April 21, 2008.
Application Process:
Download the application form or pick one up at the Kyrene
District Office. Mail or Walk-in the following to the Kyrene School
District Office:

Completed application form
»
Copy of most recent Federal Tax Return
»
Copy of 2 most recent pay stubs
»
Summer Academy Registration form
»
Transportation fee (if applicable)
Award notifications will be mailed out the week
of April 28.
»
Any remaining balance on the account must be paid in full no later than
May 9 to secure enrollment.
»
Incomplete applications will not be processed.
