March 3: Online Registration begins at 8am
March 17: Walk-in/Mail-in Registration begins

May 19 - May 30: Only walk-in registrations will be accepted (8 am -4 pm)

eservices@kyrene.org to get your Summer Academy Welcome packet emailed
to you)
An information packet will be mailed out the week of May 19.
The packet will include:

School map with classroom locations
»
Pick-up/Drop-off procedures
»
Bus schedule and wristbands (if applicable)

Refunds &
Cancellations
»
Full refund prior to April 19
»
Cancellations made April 19 - May 30 will be refunded the paid amount
minus a $10 per class cancellation fee.
»
No refunds given on or after June 2.
»
In the event a class is cancelled due to low enrollment and a second
choice in not available, full refunds will be issued.
»
If a student is suspended or expelled from the program, no refunds will
be issued.
