| FAMILY: "Familia", you asked??? Mrs. Espinoza has "mucha familia" but not here in Arizona. She has two creative, loving, and inquisitive teenage daughters and a plant-loving husband. She is the oldest of a family of eleven children, but they all live in the big state of Texas where she goes at least twice a year. |
| EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: Mrs. Espinoza has a Bachelor's Degree in Secondary Education in both English and Spanish; She has a Master's Degree in English, a bilingual endorsement and is certified to teach Elementary Education. She has taught High School English for two years, Third Grade Bilingual for five years, Fourth Grade for two years, ESL at South Mountain Community College for eight years, ESL at Kyrene de los Niņos for four years, and Fifth Grade for sixteen years. |
| FAVORITES: Mrs. Espinoza dreams with mariachi music, pretends all food is chocolate, and loses ten pounds each day by imagining Zumba exercises. Good try, but these are really some of her favorites. Her favorite book character is Don Quijote de la Mancha who the world perceived as crazy but who told so many truths. Of course, her most favorite activity is to learn from the many children who travel through her classroom every year. |
