Meet Ms. Tibbott

Hello!

I grew up in Princeton, New Jersey and most of my family remains back east in the Tri-State area.  After high school, I attended Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia and earned a Bachelor's Degree in Recreation and Park Management, graduating in 1997.  After moving to Arizona in 2001, I began to pursue my Master's Degree with the University of Phoenix and graduated in 2005 with my degree in Elementary Education.  In the spring of 2005, I had the pleasure of student teaching in second grade with Mrs. Eger here at Cerritos.  This will be my fourth year teaching third grade and I am so excited for this year!  Additionally, I believe in providing a comfortable, stimulating, nurturing, and challenging environment for every child.  More importantly, I want to thank you for entrusting me with your most precious gift- your child!
