Boys State Basketball Tournament
The Akimel A-al Rattler 8th grade boys basketball team completed their careers at AMS by competing in the Arizona Jr. High Athletic Association Boys State Tournament held at Grand Canyon University. The Rattlers entered the talented and deep twenty four team field as the defending State Champions. After four great team efforts the Rattlers made their mark in history as only the second team ever to win back to back State Championships. Congratulations Rattlers!
