Welcome to Kyrene del Norte, home of the Norte Cougars. Established in 1975, Norte has a rich history. We are a diverse community welcoming students from many ethnic and economic backgrounds and are proud to be an "Highly Performing" school.
We are one of a few schools nationwide that have a public school Montessori program for preschool aged children. We are also home to a MAG program (1-3) giving our families a choice between a traditional and multi-age setting.
We are proud to have an outstanding FTO (Family, Teacher Organization) which provides support to our students and staff. An Annual Family Picnic, Sock Hop and numerous fundraisers highlight the activities that they organize.
I am truly fortunate to be able to work with a dedicated group of professionals, outstanding families and a great student body.
