Meet Mr. Norman

Why, hello. For those of you that are bored and would like to get to know me a little better, here's some info:

I was born in Glendale, AZ in 1980. I went to Washington Elementary schools for K-8, and went to Brophy College Prep for high school, where I played, and later after I graduated coached basketball. Working with high school kids for 3 years on the basketball court, led me to believe that I should make that my life. I decided to work with younger children when I taught the summer basketball camps at the school for 3rd-5th graders. I loved every minute of it and couldn't wait to get going as a teacher.  I went to ASU and graduated in 2004 with a degree in elementary education. I am currently one class away from getting my masters degree in Educational Technology through Northern Arizona University.

Teaching is such a great job. Everyday is filled with wonderful things I couldn't get as a Valet on Mill Ave.!  I can't drive any fancy cars now that I'm a teacher, but I can at least say I wake up every morning happy to go to work.

When I'm not doing school stuff, I enjoy playing and listening to music, playing and watching sports, reading and learning about computers.

If you're still reading this, you're a wonderful person. Thanks and lets have a great year!
