Book Fair
Akimel A-al hosts a Scholastic book fair every spring. The fair is geared to middle school readers. Students are able to purchase books during their language classes, before school, after school, and at lunch. The support from both the community and the students is awesome. We annually sell about $5,000 worth of books. All students who purchase books receive a complimentary ticket for the Akimel a-Al “Battle of the Bands!”
