About Mrs. Cox
I am so excited to continue my teaching career here at Waggoner as a 5th grade teacher! I graduated from Arizona State University in 2001with my undergraduate degree and I received my Master's Degree in Curriculum and Instruction in 2007.
I have a loveable (and very large) Labrador Retriever named Colby, and a fish named Murphy. I have been married for 4 1/2 years to my wonderful husband, Jason. We love to watch movies, take our dog swimming, and we spend a lot of time with our two nephews, Brenton and J.D. When I have the time, I love to hike, cook, or curl up with a good book!
Our Class
We have a wonderful mix of twenty-eight 5th graders in our class. There are 15 boys and 13 girls. We are having so much fun getting to know each other! This is the last year of elementary school for your little one and I hope to make it a great experience for them.
