The 4th grade art curriculum includes the study of Vincent Van Gogh's landscapes, color mixing, Mexican Amate painting, (art that tells a story), Animal sculptures, contour line, computer art, and weaving.  We also cover symbols in art, color pencil blending, and printmaking.  Our cultural focus is art of the SW Native Americans and Mexico.  Technology integration is included in our art research.  Art students create and keep art journals to supplement their study.
