Dear Families,
I
can’t believe how quickly our summer has come and gone, but I am
delighted to begin a brand new school year with you. I have lots of
fun things planned for this year and I know that you are all going
to have a wonderful time in my class! I hope you are excited to see
how your new classroom looks and to meet all of your new
classmates. I am SO thrilled to meet all of you!!! You are going
to be a major part of our classroom family and I can’t wait to get
started.
I
would like to take this opportunity to introduce myself. I believe
that it is important for you to know me, as well as for me to know
you and your family. I graduated from Northern Arizona University
in 2005 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education. I
continued my education at N.A.U.’s distance program and received my
Master’s Degree in Early Childhood Education with a Reading
Endorsement. I love learning new things and I will continue taking
professional courses to expand my knowledge in teaching.
This will be my third year at Cerritos Elementary School and I can’t
begin to explain the many wonderful experiences that I have had at
Cerritos so far! I can’t wait to make more memories with you and
your family. I look forward to meeting all of you at Meet the
Teacher on July 31st!!!
