Homework Tips

* Have your child read out loud to you several times per week.  This helps you spot misread words and promotes fluent reading.

* After reading several pages or the entire book, ask your child to answer comprehension questions about the story.  Be sure your child is answering in complete sentences.

* Be sure you have all the items your child will need each week to successfully complete his/her homework.
