KMV students show their
red, white and blue spirit

In a giant show of patriotism, some 700 students, faculty and staff at Kyrene Monte Vista Elementary School gathered in the playground and formed a giant red, white and blue "USA" on Jan. 25, 2002.
The photograph, taken by Ahwatukee-Foothills resident and KMV parent Tom Tingle, was shot for the school's 2001-2002 yearbook. The image also was published in The Arizona Republic the day after it was shot. |
