Under Arizona State Law (ARS 43-1089.01), Arizona taxpayers can get a dollar-for-dollar tax credit when they donate up to $200 per year ($400 for married couples filing a joint return) to public schools.
Just fill out the form and make your check payable to Kyrene School District.
We will mail you a receipt for your records.
You do not have to have a child in Kyrene to qualify for the tax credit. All Arizona taxpayers are eligible.
Your donations help fund extra-curricular activities. At Monte Vista, we have used the money for field trips, guest speakers and assemblies, the Fluency Lab, Heritage Garden, and Art Masterpiece program. Your generous donations have greatly expanded enrichment opportunities for our students.
If you would like to make a tax credit donation, please fill out the form and either mail it and your donation to Monte Vista or bring the form into the school office along with your check.

You can check the Kyrene School District's attendance boundary map to find out whether you live in the Monte Vista area.
The Kyrene district has an open enrollment policy and welcomes students who live outside its boundaries. However, enrollment is available only if the receiving school, grade level and/or program has space. Under open enrollment, parents are responsible for providing transportation to and from school.
