ARIZONA TAX CREDIT TO MARIPOSA SCHOOL

Would you like to take a tax credit of up to $400 and contribute that amount to Mariposa School rather than the State of Arizona?

Mail a check for $400 (for a joint return, $200 for a single return) made out to Kyrene de la Mariposa at 50 E. Knox Rd, Tempe AZ 85284 and get it in the mail by December 31st.  Please write your social security number on the check.  You can also bring it to the Mariposa Office by December 21st.  (If you have kids in more than one school, you can split the $400 between them.)  The school will send you a receipt.

Subtract your contribution of up to $400 from your 2006 Arizona State Income Tax.  There's a place on the tax form for this credit.  (If you don't pay State income tax you can't take the credit.)  Example: If your 2006 Arizona state tax bill is $2000, subtract your credit of $400 and owe only $1600.  ANY AMOUNT is appreciated!

Donating benefits both the school and your family.  Don't wait until the last minute.  Call your friends and relatives.  Just think how much more we can raise if we get our Arizona relatives and friends to participate.  Get those checks in the mail today and watch your children be enriched by the fullness of Mariposa's extra-curricular activities.

• Coach bus transportation to Tucson and Benson for the 4th and 5th grade trips to the Sonoran Desert Museum and Karchner Caverns
• Additional bus transportation for field trips for ALL GRADES
• FREE summer tutoring and FREE summer computer camp
• FREE morning peer tutoring programs
• Famous author visits and artist-in-residence programs for ALL students
• Assemblies, special programs and presentations for ALL students
