In the land of snow, where everything is modern then and very old now, Polora the graceful goddess of ice nature fun, and Skade the energetic goddess of skies live by them self in a tiny village they built, at least they thought they were alone; the Fire Giants were under water waiting to take over their land. They were harmless under water because water can wash out fire. Also the Giants could hold their breath forever under water.

Soon Polora found out when she was ice skating. Since she was very clever she asked the Fire Giants what they were doing in a disguised voice. She found out that they were trying to take over! Quickly she skated back to Skade. She told her to be ready to fight the Fire Giants.

So, Skade told all of her friends she needed them to make a team. Polora did also.  The team was friendly but would attack if they were angry, so they said yes.  They told their teams to join together but, the team was not happy to join together with another team that they didn’t even know, luckily they didn’t attack. So Polora had to offer a reward to join together, ROCK CANDY!!! Everyone loved it because back then they were the colors of the worlds also they were made from magic rocks, she gave them a powerful shield and sword to block the Giant’s evil they try to get into you and you hurt them in return with your sword, so they would not die or get evil.

As soon as the Fire Giants appeared on the hill they ran down. The Giants paired up in groups of twenty-three.  Polora was not ready for she was getting the shields ready so Skade was sent to fetch her. The fire Giants put up a pretty good fight, but luckily Polora’s team had the magic sword. Then it got worse. The Fire Giants stole Skade’s best idea ever, to use the swords and poke them in the ankle so they would fall! That made Polora so mad she could feel her face getting hot and red, suddenly rose into the air like a bird! Skade suddenly screamed, “Look Polora has seen the madness of the enemy! (That was when they got mad at their enemies because they hurt people on the inside.) Then the world around them was silent followed by a sudden gasp of fright for all to hear. Polora had no idea what had happened for her eyes were shut but as soon as she noticed she started her martial arts. The Giants were so afraid they went back to hiding, but it wasn’t long before they were back and this time with a better plan.

The Fire Giants came back when they least expected, meal time but, they were larger and doubled too. They also came back with Polora’s favorite pet the cute polar bear Snowball! That made Skade so made ran as fast as the speed of sound and set Snowball free. Now they were ready to fight, so they set out their talking, mad Husky dogs to tear the Older Fire Giants apart and tell the babies to help Polora.  The dogs did as they were told. They bit the tall Giants on the ankle and told the baby Giants to help Polora. Since the babies had no idea what was going on they said ok in a sweet voice and skipped over to Polora. Polora told them to get all of her pets and put them in her house and keep them company. So they did.

The girls started to charge when an idea hit Polora. She said in a not so quite whisper,” What if you distract the Fire Giants with your skies and I will create a big wall of boulders on them and then I will put row of icicles around the wall on all sides. Then can you put ordinary mad Huskies around the icicles?”

“That is a great plan, but don’t you think that I am having less credit?” said Skade.

“No, not at all you have the most important parts.”

“The Giants looked at their friends and family around them and seemed to say to one another let’s leave,” said one of their talking Huskies to Polora as soon as Polora stood.  Shortly after Skade noticed so, Polora explained everything. The girls got to work as soon as Skade knew everything that had happened they got to work on the dream town.

It was pretty and strong one too, only a strong gust of wind could knock away one icicle at a time. And they live there now in their town, with all their friends, with all their pets, and with a fountain in the middle, in paradise.
