Milk Does a Body Good!

Many people in the world are drinking milk this second of their lives. And when they do, they are making a good choice. Milk has many important nutrients like calcium, vitamin D, and when heated, the natural amino acid, tryptophan. This acid induces sleep, which is a growing problem in America and other countries. Sleep deprivation is a horrible thing that many early office workers have. They don't sleep in the morning and then never recover that sleep. But that's not the only problem. Eighty percent of America has the predicament of obesity. Milk helps make bodies lean and mean. Also, it prevents osteoporosis because it's a high source of calcium and helps prevent colon cancer because it's nutrients ease the pain. A study shows that drinking 16 oz. of milk a day reduces it by 16%. So, make a good decision. Drink a glass of milk today.
