Have You Heard the Sound of Green?

Have you heard  the sound of pine? 
If not,  then,
    Can you  hear  the sadness of a funeral?
    Can you hear the presence of your best friend?
    Can you hear the sweetness of a sleeping baby?
If you can,
    You have heard the sound of pine.

Have you heard the sound of emerald?
If not, then,
    Can you hear a tall redwood snickering down at a
       short fycus?
    Can you hear a dignified cathedral bragging to a
       small house?
If you can,
   You have heard the sound of emerald

Have you heard the sound of jade?
If not, then,
    Can you hear the elegance of an
       emperors family?
    Can you hear the aura of mystery around a 
       castle?
    Can you hear the quietness spreading over a room
       as a queen enters?
If you can,
    You have heard the sound of jade
