Spring Sports Payment Information
Beginning with the winter sports season, using the eServices system, parents will be able to pay athletic participation fees on line or by phone. The eServices system has been available for parents to register their children for Summer Academy and youth enrichment programs for several years.
After your child has been notified by the coach that he/she has made the sports team, he/she will receive a Participation Ticket from either the coach or AMS Athletic Secretary. This Participation Ticket must be completed, after you have made your payment, and the top copy must be returned to Student Services.
To make your payment on line:
1. In your web browser, go to: www.kyrene.org/eservices
2. Click on online registrations
3. If you currently have an eServices account, click on Log In to access your account. Click on New Account if you are setting up a new account. Follow the prompts.
4. You will need to 'register' for the team before you can make the payment.
5. Print your confirmation receipt. The athlete must submit the receipt to the coach.
6. If you wish your payment to be designated as tax credit, you may print the tax credit receipt at the same time.
To make your payment by phone, call 480-783-4060.
To make your payment in person, go to the Customer Service Center at the Kyrene School District Office, 8700 S. Kyrene Road, Tempe, AZ (corner of Kyrene and Warner Roads).
Please note that all fees must be paid when due in order for the student to continue participation in the Athletic Program. Should you have questions regarding this new payment process, you may contact the Middle School Athletics program at 480-783-4060.
